Christmas Glogg.
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle red wine
- 60 ml vodka
- 2 1/2 oz (65g) sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 whole cloves
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger grinded
- 3 1/2 oz (100 g) raisins
- 3 1/2 oz (100 g) almond
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, heat on medium until well warmed - do NOT boil. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Warm up the glogg, just before serving.
